Before You Refer
- The referral code discount is only valid on your friend's first month kit
- Your referral reward will be activated after your friend's kit has been delivered
- You can refer as many people as you like and earn a reward each time
- Only one coupon can be used per order
- Referral coupons are valid for 12 months
- Self referrals and same device redemptions will be blocked
Terms & Conditions
Program Overview
This Referral Program is designed to reward eligible customers ("Referrers") who refer new users ("Referees") to Traya. Upon successful referral, both parties receive a reward as defined below.
Definitions
Referrer: An existing customer of Traya who has placed at least three (3) paid orders.
Referee: A new customer referred by a Referrer, who has not previously transacted with Traya.
Successful Referral: When the Referee places their first paid order.
Eligibility
Only customers with a valid Traya account and a minimum of three (3) paid orders are eligible to refer.
Referees must be first-time customers. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
Traya reserves the right to revoke rewards if misuse, fraud, or policy violation is detected.
Referral Mechanics
Each Referrer receives a unique referral coupon.
When shared, the Referee can use the coupon on their first paid order to receive ₹500 off.
Once the Referee's order is placed and delivered, the Referrer also receives a ₹500 coupon within 7 days post the order is delivered.
Referral coupons are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
Coupons are not transferable, encashable, or combinable with other discounts.
Each referral coupon can be used once.
Redemption
Referral rewards (₹500 coupon) will be redeemable only on Traya's official app.
Referrer coupons apply to any future order.
Only one coupon can be used per transaction.
Program Limitations
Traya reserves the right to pause, modify, or terminate the Referral Program at any time.
Any decision made by Traya regarding eligibility, misuse, or disputes will be final and binding.
Coupon Misuse
If the Referrer is found distributing referral coupons publicly (e.g., coupon sites or comment sections), Traya reserves the right to void all associated rewards and suspend the user's participation.
